Prices and payment terms are subject to change without notice.   Delivery: Station 19 will make every effort to deliver propane orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and other factors. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Station 19 is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.   Cancellations and Returns: Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective products. Customers must notify Station 19 of any issues within 3 days of delivery, and returns will be processed in accordance with our Return Policy.   Safety Guidelines: Customers are responsible for following all safety guidelines provided by Station 19. Propane usage should comply with local regulations and guidelines. REFUND POLICY Cancellations: Customers may cancel their propane tank orders within 24 hours of placement. To initiate a cancellation, please contact Station 19 customer support via our vendor store front page or by phone. Cancellations requested after the 24-hour window may be subject to a processing fee.   Returns: Returns are accepted for damaged or defective propane tanks. Customers must notify Station 19 within 7 days of receiving the product. To request a return, contact our customer support team for further instructions. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.   Refunds: Refunds for cancelled orders or returned items will be processed within 3 business days after the receipt and inspection of the returned product. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.   CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellation Period: Customers have a 24-hour window from the time of order placement to cancel their propane tank orders. After this period, cancellations may be subject to a processing fee.   Cancellation Process: To cancel an order, customers must contact Station 19 customer support on our vendor store front page.
