Arueka Refund Policy

Effective Date: December 13th, 2023

Vendor Subscriptions Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation:

    • Vendors can cancel their subscription at any time.
    • No refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period upon cancellation.
    • To cancel, contact Arueka customer support at info@arueka.com.

2. Free Trial Period:

    • If a vendor cancels during the free trial, no charges will be applied.
    • After the trial, we will bill the fee associated with your subscription at the then-current rate plus applicable taxes. To avoid billing of the next membership fee, you must cancel your membership before it renews. Regular subscription charges apply according to the plan selected and additional features required.

3. Refund Processing Time:

    • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5 Business days of the cancellation request.

4. Prohibited Business Types:

    • If a vendor’s account is suspended due to prohibited business actions that are in conflict with the law and but not limited to our vendor agreement, no refund will be issued.

Vendor Store Refund Policy

  1. Service and Product Refunds:
  • Vendors are responsible for setting their refund policies for services and products they offer.
  • Customers seeking refunds for services should contact the vendor directly.
  • Vendors must adhere to the refund policy they have defined for their services.
  • Vendors are responsible for processing refunds for services paid for via cash on delivery.
  1. Arueka Technology Fee
  • The Arueka Technology Fee is a fee collected on the purchase of each vendor’s service facilitated through Arueka.
  • This fee is applicable only to purchases made via credit card payment or bank transfer.
  • The Arueka Processing Fee is non-refundable unless the entire transaction is refunded to the customer. No refunds will be issued on the Arueka Technology Fee for partial refunds.
  1. Disputes and Resolution:
  • Disputes between vendors and customers will follow Arueka’s dispute resolution process outlined in the User Agreement.
  • Vendors are encouraged to address refund requests promptly and in accordance with their stated policies.

Advertising Refund Policy

  1. Advertising Refunds:
  • No refunds will be issued for paid advertising once the ad has been listed on the platform.
  • Advertising cancellations are allowed, but a cancellation fee of 40% of the total advertising cost will be charged.

Arueka Customer Refund Policy

  1. Service Refunds:
  • Customers are subject to the refund policies set by the vendors for the services they offer.
  • Refund requests for services should be directed to the respective vendor.
  1. Arueka Processing Fee:
  • The Arueka Processing Fee is non-refundable unless the entire transaction is refunded by the vendor.
  1. Disputes and Resolution:
  • Disputes between customers and vendors will follow Arueka’s dispute resolution process outlined in the User Agreement.
  • Customers are encouraged to review the refund policies of vendors on the vendor’s store front before making a purchase.
  1. Refund Processing Time:
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5 days of the transaction refund.

 

This policy is effective as of August 1st, 2023. Arueka reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Customers and vendors will be notified of any changes to this policy.
